MESCO's mission is to provide primary health care with qualified professionals in locations where the population lacks access to quality health services since 2007. MESCO has made great efforts to reach out to the marginalised groups of the society and provide them with primary health care services. The aim is to support the economically weaker section of the society and fill the gap in health services for the urban poor. The focus is on disease prevention, as these populations face nutritional deficiencies, infectious diseases, and health problems resulting from unsanitary living conditions. Currently, the medical-aid dispensary is located in Mumbra (Amrut Nagar) and the Charitable Physiotherapy Centre is located in Kausa (Devripada).

The services are designed to treat patients and provide ongoing treatment. Curative services are offered for a subsidised registration fee which is affordable. All medicines, antibiotics, vitamins, calcium and iron supplements are provided through the clinics, reducing the expenses of the economically weaker sections of the population.
