MESCO is one such catalyst from the cluster of organizations working in development sector in Mumbai for last 50 years with an objective of working for the social upliftment of the backward section of the society. The education schemes devised by the organization are in such a manner which focuses majorly on providing education to girl child right from pre-schooling years till they complete their higher education. MESCO has given wings to girl students so that they can fly in their careers with beautiful colours.

It’s almost 3 decades that I came to know about the good work MESCO was doing. I was impressed about their sincerity, transparency and passion. I suggested them to convert the gifts scholarships into a loan scholarship so that the money could be re-generated especially for the professional scholarship scheme. They were little skeptical about the repayment, however they took it up and today I am happy to know that almost 98% of the amount given out is coming back. I pray that Allah accepts their efforts and bless them.
